THE CHURCH is God’s Kingdom on earth. God led Matthew to preserve Christ's Sermon on the Mount to teach us the essence of Christian life and the Church.
Our calling is not to be a religion expert but to be a humble servant of God's justice and continually feeding on His presence and guidance for our spiritual growth and maturity. Jesus described the blessing of citizens of His Kingdom in nine (9) Beatitudes. With these, Jesus described the God of the Kingdom, taught what the Kingdom is like, gave requirement of the Kingdom, outlined guideline for living in the Kingdom and the final consummation of the Kingdom and also reflects the present and the future of the Kingdom of God.
Therefore, meditate on these words in (Colossians 3:1-4) and store up life values for yourself in the eternal Kingdom. The harvest of the earth is near.
